What do we do

The “institutional” purpose of our association (as required by statute) is to promote classical music throughout the national territory and help international collaborations with organizations, associations and institutions.
We organize concerts of classical music in solo recitals and chamber music formations.

Having an artistic director “in performing career” allows us to present proposals of extreme appeal and to convey in Italy the attention of some of the greatest living musicians.

Our artistic director
Edoardo Catemario, internationally renowned classical guitarist is Decca artist since 2008, leads an international career. He gave solo concerts in the most prestigious halls in the world: Grosser Saal of the Wiener Musikverein (Vienna), Auditorio Nacional and Teatro Real (Madrid), Wigmore Hall and St John’s Smith Square (London), Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall (New York ), Bolshoi Saal of the Philharmonia (St. Petersburg), Suntori Hall and Tokyo Opera Hall (Tokyo), Sidney Meyr Bowl and Town Hall (Melbourne), Citée de la musique (Paris), Gewandhaus (Leipzig), Teatro Coliseo (Buenos Aires) , Musikhalle (Hamburg), Auditorium Cariplo (Milano), Villa Rufolo (Ravello) etc.
His discography includes works by: Decca Records, ARTS Music and Koch Schwann. In January 2004 his recording of the Concerto n1 Giuliani was attached to the BBC Music Magazine.

MusicaSiena

MusicaSiena – La primavera senese is a chamber music festival held annually in the city of Siena in May.
Over the years we have been able to present concert artists of international standing like Brigitte Zazcek, Massimo Mercelli, Valeri Oistrakh, Francesco Manara, Alessandra Ammara, Nicholas Jones, Elizabeth Sombart, Henri and Idriss Agnel among others. The schedules have always followed nontrivial paths with particular attention to the music of 900 and the avant-garde. Large space has also been given to the baroque and 800 music, always in an attempt to deliver engaging and high-quality proposals that have received increasingly acceptance in the audience.
